Fraud
The last sentence in this which was cut off should be "but if you are a shareholder, you have taken the loss, but the gains going forward go to the trust which is owned by the employees and not you."

It's almost better without the last sentence. You get the "But... if you're a shareholder..." and then it ends with a big ol' grin... !
